Kiwi Sapling Arguta Weiki

Among the kiwi species, there is also the Arguta. It grows wild in China and Russia. Arguta Weiki is very cold hardy and can produce a lot of kiwi fruit. The small round fruit is smooth and the green, shiny skin is very thin and edible. It tastes very good.

Its growth habit is very similar to the classic kiwi. A very vigorous tree with erect branches, in which support is required.

Earlier flowering period than typical kiwi. Weiki is partially self-fertile and is also used as a pollinator for other varieties.

Ripening takes place in October.
