Kiwi Sapling Arguta Missionario Chiandetti

Among the kiwi species, there is also the Arguta. It grows wild in China and Russia. Arguta Weiki is very cold hardy and can produce a lot of kiwi fruit. The small round fruit is smooth and the green, shiny skin is very thin and edible. It tastes very good.

The variety Missionario Chiandetti produces fruits that acquire an intense color from red-green to red-purple (ripe) all over the surface. It has a smooth skin and a round shape and medium size. Its taste is very good, sweet and aromatic. It has many good health properties as it is also rich in vitamin C. Earlier flowering period than the typical kiwi. It is a partially self-fertile variety, preferably needs another male kiwi in flowering cover for pollination.

Ripening takes place in September.
