Variety referred to as Deliciosa kiwi worldwide. Hayward is definitely the most planted kiwi variety.

Plant of medium-high vigor, showing excellent productivity.

It blooms late, around the last week of May. It needs a pollinator because it is not self-fertile.

Its ripening is mid-late and usually takes place at the end of October / beginning of November.

Hayward produces fruit of medium size (its average weight is about 100 grams), its skin is brown in color and has a light fluff.

The flesh is light green in color when fully ripe, has good firmness and excellent flavor.
